Can you help these innocent creatures?

WALT use language features of persuasive writing

To be successful I will:add emotive words and use rhetorical questions.

Use rhetorical questions to make my writing interesting
Use emotive language (words about feelings/emotions)

What I found easy was to add emotive words because I didn't want it to be simple
What I found hard was to think of rhetorical questions because i want the readers to be think about how they are suffering and how much they are in pain.

plastic bags are not cool!!

      

I strongly  believe that plastic bag are dreadful for the environment and bring tragic to the animals.

Firstly, I am heartbroken because all those innocent animals/sea creature have to suffer in pain because of those dirty plastic bags.Those poor animals can’t survive if the plastic bags and are outrageous suffering. We need to stop and start looking after our environment that includes our creatures. Creatures are suffocating because of these plastic bags because of us,we need to help them so they won’t be extinct.

Will you them to help keep them clean and safe for their sake?

Secondly,plastic bags are dreadfully disgusting for the environment.i bet that you wouldn’t care about the plastic bags polluting the environment,well i do so should you.I would make sure that the environment wasn’t polluted with those outrageous plastic bags and keep it clean.We need to STOP POLLUTING the ENVIRONMENT and clean it till the plastic bags are extinct but,still usable for the other stuff it good to use.

imagine if you were the environment and your were polluted,what would you do?

I would make sure that i’m clean.would you do it?

In summary,plastic bags are harmful to creatures,they also they pollute our environment which is very tragic to animals and sea creatures,mostly the sea creatures have been suffering like (suffocating,strangled,cuts and other amazingly horrible things)

Would you Recycle?

My next step is to try and plan my ideas without the teacher.

                       Recycling, Reuse, Reduce-Will you recycle? 
  

I believe, that  it’s bad to throw away all of your rubbish to the landfill. We should start recycling not throwing away our garbage  with the recycling objects like.These are the things that can be recycled not thrown away,glass,cardboard,plastic,paper,wood that’s not biodegradable Aluminium(cans) and more.For Example:biodegradable,  means that  it can rot away.

Firstly, it’s bad to throw rubbish into  rivers,creeks  and the ocean,because it’s bad for living creatures in the oceans and the other waters where garbage gets dumped. Do you feel bad about the rubbish you have dumped in the seas and hurt the living creatures in that God has made?

Secondly, We have a situation about recycling  and throwing away rubbish people.This has to STOP NOW.We have to look after our environment.Our environment will be polluted place (and we don’t want a polluted place)we want a clean,tidy place where people would like to visit.So people around the World please keep your where/environment clean and make sure you recycle (wherever you are.) Would you recycle,to help our environment?Did you know that recycle means convert or to be reusable materials?

Lastly,I suggest that we should STOP throwing all  of our waste to the Landfill,instead we should look after the environment and recycle all our reused items.People that work at the dump have to work very hard.Would you send all your rubbish to the landfill?what would you do to help?

In summary,we have to start recycling fast or environment will suffer and our land/country will be polluted.Will you recycle for our safety? What would you do to help us make our world become cleaner and more healthier planet?

What Rubbish?

 This week I have been learning to gathering,sort and displaying information.We wanted to find out what families at Tautoro School do with their waste.

Firstly we created a questionnaire.Then we made a tally chart and used  google sheets to present the information.One thing I learned about this is what closed and open questions are. Closed questions are short easy question.For example Do you like School?Yes or No.
